Martin & Co. works with small service firms that have outgrown informal operating methods. The firm studies how work is currently performed, determines what should be standardized, and puts the necessary procedures in place.
The practice is intentionally small. Each engagement is handled directly by Robyn Martin.

Her work has consistently involved understanding how different parts of a company relate, identifying where the arrangement is failing, and establishing a clearer way to manage the work.
She conducts the team interviews, prepares the diagnosis, writes the manual, and leads the handoff.
