The process
Four stages.
Immersion The advisor is trained in each role involved in the agreed scope. The review covers the employee’s responsibilities, routine decisions, records, systems, and handoffs to other members of the team.
Diagnosis Martin & Co. compares the different accounts of the work and identifies where procedures are inconsistent, responsibilities are unclear, or the company remains too dependent on one person. The findings are presented directly to the owner.
Manual The firm writes the company’s operating procedures. The manual is based on the work observed during the engagement. Where several versions of the same process exist, one standard is selected and documented.
Handoff OrdoVia is configured around the approved procedures. The team is trained on the manual and the platform before the engagement concludes.
