Security
Confidentiality and access.
A Martin & Co. engagement requires access to sensitive information about the client’s business.
The confidentiality agreement and engagement terms are signed before training begins. They state what information will be reviewed, how it may be used, and who may receive the findings.
Findings are reported to the client’s owner unless the agreement provides otherwise.
The client determines which systems, documents, records, and employees are included in the engagement. Client-owned services remain on the client’s own accounts. Martin & Co. does not require ownership of the client’s credentials, email, accounting account, signature account, or other connected service.
After handoff
Access after handoff.
Martin & Co. does not require permanent access to the client’s OrdoVia account. When later support requires access, the client grants it under the terms then in effect.
The specific authentication, permission, retention, and support-access controls available in the platform are described in the client agreement and applicable platform terms.
